Hospital Visits

Upon availability and consent of TCBS, TCBS is willing to visit juveniles who are admitted into the hospital due to catastrophe or illness. TCBS requests that the child's parents(s) or guardian(s) be present when room visits are planned. For group visits TCBS requests that one chaperone be present for every 5 in a group (more restrictive secondary to the more delicate needs of the children and secondary to the delicate nature of the setting).

TCBS must decline entrance into any hospital room/area of "isolation", or any area or room which would require the use of additional protective clothing (i.e. gloves, masks, gowns, etc).

* TCBS does charge a fee for individual hospital visitations.

Visitation Rules

• TCBS asks that chaperones be present at all times during the visit.
• TCBS requests that there be one adult for every 5 juvenile members.
• Please give as much advanced notice as possible.

Terms for Events

TCBS will not be responsible for childcare (chaperoning/monitoring). TCBS is only available for activities direction and entertainment.
